Kevin Torf is an information systems executive whose career spans more than 40 years in large-scale IT strategy, project design, procurement, and implementation. As co-founder and Managing Partner of T2Group, Kevin has led complex IT infrastructure deployments for some of the largest health systems in the United States, including advisory and implementation roles at hospitals and health networks across the country.
Kevin's expertise extends across healthcare, government, and commercial sectors. He has held senior roles as CEO, CTO, and CIO, and previously founded and sold several technology companies including Intelliverse, Mobile Gaming Technologies, Inuntius, Tornado Development, and Torsys. At T2Group, he introduced the hybrid-agile methodology that is now the operational foundation for every client engagement.
He is a recognized voice in healthcare IT strategy, having been featured on multiple industry podcasts and speaking at HIMSS and other major conferences. Getting the Job Done is his first book.
