Danielle joined T2 Group as a part-time contact center agent. She showed up, did the work, and was good with people. When an opportunity opened in Human Resources, her manager noticed and asked if she wanted to try it.
She said yes. Years later she is one of our recruiters, helping the next round of T2 Group hires find their footing the same way she did. The door that opened for her was not a special program or a fast track. It was a manager paying attention, an HR team willing to teach, and an employee who said yes when the opening came.
