Meet Kevin Torf
Kevin Torf is an information systems executive with 40+ years in large-scale IT strategy, project design, procurement, and implementation. As co-founder and Managing Partner of T2 Group, he has led complex IT infrastructure deployments for some of the largest health systems in the United States. He introduced the hybrid-agile methodology that is now the operational foundation for every T2 Group engagement, and he is the author of Getting the Job Done: Practical Advice and Real-World Anecdotes to Manage Successful P.R.O.J.E.C.T.S.
